Manage regional fleet operations and team.
- •As Fleet Team Leader, you will manage day-to-day fleet operations at a regional level.
- •Key Responsibilities Own regional fleet availability, maintenance, and compliance.
- •Lead a team of fleet technicians, setting priorities and monitoring performance.
- •Partner with suppliers and service providers to secure timely repairs and maintenance.
- •Provide input to fleet planning and replacement cycles.
- •Track KPIs (vehicle uptime, maintenance costs, compliance) and ensure data accuracy.
- •Requirements At least 3 years of experience in fleet management, maintenance, or logistics.
- •Proven leadership experience managing small technical teams.
- •Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- •Technical knowledge of commercial vehicles.
