Drive enterprise account strategy and executive alignment for large global enterprises.

  • Lead a portfolio of strategic enterprise accounts (2,501+ employees) to drive executive alignment, long-term value realization, and net revenue retention as a senior security advisor.
  • Key Responsibilities Own multi-year account strategy, renewals, and expansion for large global enterprises.
  • Drive executive stakeholder alignment and serve as trusted advisor to CISOs and security leadership.
  • Deliver executive-level forecasts, portfolio insights, and risk analysis.
  • Mentor Customer Success peers and lead cross-functional strategic initiatives.
  • Requirements 10+ years in Customer Success, Technical/Enterprise Account Management in SaaS, ideally cybersecurity/IAM.
  • Proven track record meeting net revenue retention and managing multi-million dollar ARR accounts.
  • Experience with executive presence and C-suite engagement.
  • Operational rigor with forecasting, health scoring, and tools like Salesforce and Gainsight.
