About the role

Lead and grow the EMEA Account Development Representative team, driving pipeline and sales excellence.

  • Kong is seeking an ADR Leader to build and manage their EMEA Account Development Representative team from their London office.
  • This hybrid role focuses on driving growth and defining excellence in ADR operations.
  • Key Responsibilities Lead and inspire a high-performing ADR team, fostering a culture of motivation and growth.
  • Own the talent pipeline, including hiring and proactive sourcing, in alignment with recruiting.
  • Coach ADRs for excellence through call reviews, 1-1s, and AE-readiness programs.
  • Drive pipeline contribution to EMEA targets with accurate forecasting and visibility.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams including Sales, Marketing, and RevOps.
  • Requirements 5 years of management experience leading SDR, ADR, or BDR teams in tech/SaaS.
  • Proven success building and scaling high-performance outbound teams in an enterprise context.
  • Strong background in coaching, enablement, and AE readiness.
