Drive referrals to Talkiatry by building relationships with medical practices.
- •Field-based Provider Partnerships Manager responsible for building relationships with medical practices and health systems to drive referrals to Talkiatry and grow market adoption.
- •Key Responsibilities Prospect and convert new medical practices into referral partners.
- •Manage and grow a book of accounts to increase referral volume and satisfaction.
- •Execute territory plans and conduct in-office visits, presentations, and outreach.
- •Establish workflows to ensure smooth referral processes and troubleshoot barriers.
- •Maintain accurate CRM (HubSpot) activity and represent the company at events.
- •Requirements 3-6 years in healthcare or healthcare-adjacent field sales, physician liaison, clinical outreach, or business development.
- •Strong relationship-building and consultative sales skills.
- •Comfortable with heavy field travel (~75%) and quota-carrying responsibility.
- •Organized, results-driven, and proficient with CRM tools (HubSpot).
