- •The Sales Enablement Associate creates clear, field-ready content to help sellers and partners articulate Marqeta's value, translating technical fintech concepts into accessible materials and supporting enablement programs.
- •Key Responsibilities Create and maintain sales content: one-pagers, pitch decks, briefs, and solution overviews.
- •Translate technical concepts (APIs, card workflows, fraud controls) into clear narratives.
- •Support product release readiness and maintain a searchable content library.
- •Assist onboarding content and enablement programs like training and product deep dives.
- •Requirements 1-3 years experience in Sales Enablement, Product Marketing, Customer Success, or related GTM roles.
- •Strong writing and content-creation skills; comfortable simplifying technical information.
- •Familiarity with fintech concepts: payments, APIs, compliance, financial services workflows.
- •Proficiency with presentation tools (PowerPoint, Google Slides) and enablement/LMS platforms.
