Staff Engineer to lead data platform architecture and implementation.
- •Yuno is seeking a Staff Engineer to join their high-performing data team.
- •This role is pivotal in co-designing and implementing a data architecture that ensures reliable, fast, and trustworthy data across the organization.
- •Key Responsibilities Define architecture within the data platform and deliver projects end-to-end.
- •Set quality standards, testing, observability, data modeling, and documentation for the Data team.
- •Lead the design and implementation of scalable, low-latency data pipelines for high-volume payment transactions.
- •Champion an AI-first engineering culture and establish standards for AI-assisted development.
- •Requirements 8+ years of experience in data engineering or software engineering, with at least 2 years at a staff or principal level.
- •Deep expertise in designing and building large-scale data platforms (streaming, batch, or hybrid).
- •Hands-on experience with Spark, Flink, Kafka, StarRocks, or equivalent.
- •Strong Python and SQL skills.
