TL;DR
Build and own the platform architecture, ensuring reliability, scalability, and security for AI agents.
- •We are seeking a Senior/Staff Platform Engineer to make implicit system design decisions explicit and ensure they hold.
- •You will build shared primitives, APIs, and own the system architecture, focusing on reliability and scalability.
- •Key Responsibilities Codify golden paths and build shared primitives/APIs for product engineers.
- •Own system architecture, reliability, and infrastructure as code.
- •Implement security and compliance controls (IAM, secrets, authentication, authorization).
- •Develop AI dev tooling and standardized automations.
- •Requirements Experience designing, building, and operating distributed systems end-to-end.
- •Strong backend software engineering and DevOps/SRE skills.
- •Ability to write design docs, RFCs, ADRs, and postmortems.
- •Experience scaling Postgres, running production Kubernetes, and building observability.
