• •You will oversee cross-functional projects spanning strategy and execution while managing a high-performing team.
• •Key Responsibilities Diagnose business challenges and develop data-backed recommendations for senior leadership.
• •Lead high-stakes cross-functional initiatives from problem framing through operational execution.
• •Design and implement scalable systems and workflows to improve organizational efficiency.
• •Manage and coach a small team, driving performance and professional development.
• •Requirements 4–7 years of experience in top-tier consulting or high-growth tech/healthcare environments.
• •Proven ability to scope ambiguous problems and build strategic frameworks independently.
• •Strong data analysis skills, including proficiency in SQL and Excel/Google Sheets.
• •Direct people management experience with a focus on coaching and accountability.
