- •The Sales Team Lead will lead, coach and develop a B2B sales team to drive pipeline management, forecasting accuracy and sustainable revenue growth in a fast-paced environment.

- •Proven experience managing or coaching sales teams.
- •Strong understanding of sales KPIs, pipeline management and sales operations.
- •Familiarity with CRM systems; Salesforce experience a plus.
