Lead and develop a B2B sales team to drive revenue growth.

  • The Sales Team Lead will lead, coach and develop a B2B sales team to drive pipeline management, forecasting accuracy and sustainable revenue growth in a fast-paced environment.
  • Key Responsibilities Drive commercial performance and day-to-day sales execution, monitoring KPIs.
  • Own pipeline management and ensure disciplined forecasting.
  • Coach and develop team members via 1:1s, deal reviews and feedback.
  • Collaborate with Sales Leadership to improve processes and hiring.
  • Requirements 4-6+ years in B2B sales, business development, or sales leadership.
  • Proven experience managing or coaching sales teams.
  • Strong understanding of sales KPIs, pipeline management and sales operations.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems; Salesforce experience a plus.
