About the role

Create and manage technical B2B content that communicates Kong's product value to developers and leaders.

  • Join Kong's global marketing team to write, edit, and manage content that connects with developers and business leaders, from draft to publication.
  • Key Responsibilities Manage content calendar aligned to campaigns, launches, and awareness goals.
  • Write and edit blogs, eBooks, long-form articles, and executive thought leadership.
  • Coordinate with product marketing, demand gen, and comms to deliver on-brand content.
  • Use AI tools and collaborative platforms to streamline workflows and promotion.
  • Audit and update older content and track channel performance.
  • Requirements 5–8 years experience in software/SaaS or technical B2B environments.
  • Extremely strong English writing and editing skills with attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with AI writing tools and content management workflows.
  • Comfortable in fast-paced, collaborative environments; hybrid role requires three days in-office weekly.
