About the role
Create and manage technical B2B content that communicates Kong's product value to developers and leaders.
- •Join Kong's global marketing team to write, edit, and manage content that connects with developers and business leaders, from draft to publication.
- •Key Responsibilities Manage content calendar aligned to campaigns, launches, and awareness goals.
- •Write and edit blogs, eBooks, long-form articles, and executive thought leadership.
- •Coordinate with product marketing, demand gen, and comms to deliver on-brand content.
- •Use AI tools and collaborative platforms to streamline workflows and promotion.
- •Audit and update older content and track channel performance.
- •Requirements 5–8 years experience in software/SaaS or technical B2B environments.
- •Extremely strong English writing and editing skills with attention to detail.
- •Familiarity with AI writing tools and content management workflows.
- •Comfortable in fast-paced, collaborative environments; hybrid role requires three days in-office weekly.
