  • The Senior Solutions Engineer partners with Deel’s go-to-market and internal teams to drive customer success.
  • Key Responsibilities Work with go-to-market teams to showcase Deel’s platform and products.
  • Consult with prospective customers to assess their processes and propose optimized solutions.
  • Act as the technical voice during sales cycles, owning solution discovery and RFP responses.
  • Translate customer requirements into solution designs and implementation recommendations.
  • Partner with Product, Engineering, and Operations to advocate for prospect needs.
  • Requirements Challenge the status quo and look for opportunities to scale, improve, and refine processes.
  • Develop and maintain technical enablement assets.
  • Support Partnership and Marketing-led initiatives.
  • Stay up-to-date on relevant technology trends and best practices.
