- •The Senior Solutions Engineer partners with Deel’s go-to-market and internal teams to drive customer success.
- •Key Responsibilities Work with go-to-market teams to showcase Deel’s platform and products.
- •Consult with prospective customers to assess their processes and propose optimized solutions.
- •Act as the technical voice during sales cycles, owning solution discovery and RFP responses.
- •Translate customer requirements into solution designs and implementation recommendations.
- •Partner with Product, Engineering, and Operations to advocate for prospect needs.
- •Requirements Challenge the status quo and look for opportunities to scale, improve, and refine processes.
- •Develop and maintain technical enablement assets.
- •Support Partnership and Marketing-led initiatives.
- •Stay up-to-date on relevant technology trends and best practices.
