About the role
TL;DR
Act as a hands-on technical consultant for customer engagements, implementing and scaling Cortex.
- •As a Senior Professional Services Engineer, you will act as a hands-on technical consultant, owning customer engagements end to end, from kickoff through delivery and handover.
- •Your focus is helping customers successfully design, implement, and scale their Cortex setup through a consultative, hands-on-driven approach.
- •Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end delivery of Cortex Onboarding & Implementation packages.
- •Serve as the main technical point of contact during implementation to troubleshoot issues and raise product feedback.
- •Design, configure, and troubleshoot Cortex features and integrations across the engineering toolchain.
- •Advise on and implement data modeling strategies within Cortex.
- •Guide customers on data ingestion automation, ownership, reporting and orchestration approaches.
- •Requirements Experience in customer-facing technical roles, such as Professional Services, Technical Consulting, or Solutions Architecture.
- •Hands-on experience integrating SaaS tools via APIs, webhooks, and ingestion pipelines.
- •Familiarity with modern engineering ecosystems (CI/CD, GitHub/GitLab, cloud providers, observability, incident management).
- •Comfortable working with JSON and YAML (Python, SQL, and scripting are a plus).
