  • As a Station Agent, you will support the site management in the daily operations of the FINN Station in Munich, ensuring smooth processes, high customer satisfaction, and operational excellence.
  • Your focus will be on creating a unique customer experience to build long-term customer relationships.
  • Key Responsibilities Create an outstanding customer experience to foster loyalty and recommendations.
  • Ensure all processes at the FINN Station run smoothly, from vehicle handover and return to dispatch and delivery coordination.
  • Take ownership of daily business areas and support site management in decision-making.
  • Contribute ideas for the further development of customer experience and internal processes.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Operations, and Logistics to ensure a seamless and positive customer journey.
  • Requirements 1-3 years of experience in a customer-oriented environment (e.g., gastronomy, hospitality, automotive, car rental).
  • Strong communication, service orientation, and empathy in dealing with customers.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, taking responsibility and a proactive approach.
