- •Insomnia Cookies is seeking a Director of Digital Product to lead the vision and strategy for their digital ordering, loyalty, mobile app, and delivery platforms, as well as internal tools.
- •This role involves advocating for both guest and internal user needs.
- •Key Responsibilities Define and execute product strategy and vision for guest-facing platforms and internal tools.
- •Own and manage a unified roadmap for digital ordering, loyalty, mobile app, and delivery integrations.
- •Partner with Engineering to translate roadmap priorities into buildable plans.
- •Identify and champion opportunities for AI/ML in guest and in-store experiences.
- •Lead delivery integrations and manage third-party delivery platform relationships.
- •Requirements 8+ years in product management, with 3+ years managing a roadmap end-to-end.
- •Experience in QSR, retail, or multi-unit restaurant is strongly preferred.
- •Comfort with Agile/Scrum and tools like Jira, Figma, and Lucid.
- •Proven track record of shipping impactful features.
- •Experience managing and developing product managers.
