Legal Counsel responsible for commercial contracting, compliance, and litigation support.
- •Hands-on in-house Legal Counsel responsible for commercial contracting, compliance and supporting litigation, working within a small legal team to support Dexory's scaling business.
- •Key Responsibilities Draft, review and negotiate customer and supplier contracts as lead negotiator.
- •Support procurement and supplier agreement reviews, risk assessments and approvals.
- •Assist General Counsel with compliance across operating markets and develop programmes.
- •Support litigation, disputes and other legal proceedings management.
- •Requirements Qualified solicitor in England & Wales with 3-5 years PQE.
- •Mandatory commercial contract management and negotiation experience.
- •In-house legal experience, ideally within technology/SaaS businesses.
- •Strong communication and stakeholder influencing skills; ability to manage multiple priorities.
