  • As a Business Development Representative at Swap, you will drive growth by identifying and generating new business opportunities.
  • Key Responsibilities Identify and research potential key decision-makers within your target accounts.
  • Develop and execute strategies to generate new business leads through cold calling, email campaigns, social media outreach, and networking events.
  • Qualify inbound leads and convert them into discovery meetings booked.
  • Engage with potential customers to understand their business needs, pain points, and goals.
  • Effectively communicate the value proposition of Swap’s products and services to potential customers over phone, email and social selling.
  • Requirements 6+ months experience in business development, sales, or a related field, preferably within the tech or e-commerce industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Excellent organisational skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
