Lead the procurement and supply of electricity, ensuring profitability and client base expansion.
•We are looking for an experienced leader with strategic thinking to head the procurement and supply of electricity to consumers.
•The main task of the position is to ensure the profitability, uninterrupted and timely operation of the business, minimize balance risks, and actively expand the client portfolio.
•Key Responsibilities Strategic management: development and implementation of a strategy for the purchase and sale of electricity (bilateral agreements, RDN, VDR, balancing market, import).
•Portfolio and risk management: calculation of profitability, pricing, forecasting and minimization of balance risks, credit and financial risks.
•Business development: attracting new clients, expanding the client base and optimizing business processes.
•Regulatory interaction: effective cooperation with NKREKP, NEC "Ukrenergo", "Operator of the market" and SRMs.
•Team management: organizing the work of the department (up to 20 people), setting KPIs, motivating and optimizing business processes.
•Requirements Experience and expertise: Experience working in the energy sector of Ukraine for at least 3 years (experience in leadership positions in electricity supply companies will be a significant advantage).
•Practical knowledge of the regulatory base (Law of Ukraine "On the market of electric energy", Market Rules, Codes of systems of transmission and distribution, licensing conditions of NKREKP).
•Understanding of trading, balancing and commercial accounting mechanisms.
•Experience of interaction with key regulators and market participants.
•Successful case of building a team or reorganizing the procurement/supply direction.
•Education and skills: Higher education (electricity, economics, finance, management or law).
•Strong leadership and negotiation skills, systematic and analytical thinking.
•Ability to work in conditions of high uncertainty and make operational decisions.
