About the role
TL;DR
Manage daily production operations and workforce in a warehouse environment.
- •The Production Supervisor will be responsible for the daily management of the production workforce in the Amstelveen warehouse, ensuring efficient and high-quality production of thousands of bouquets.
- •This role involves leading a team of approximately 45 labor agency FTEs.
- •Key Responsibilities Daily management of the production workforce (approx. 45 labour agency FTE).
- •Ensure efficient, timely, and high-quality bouquet production across lines.
- •Test and implement innovations and continuous improvements in the production process.
- •Support the expedition team with outbound transport as needed.
- •Plan people and shifts, and coordinate other production-related activities.
- •Requirements 3+ years of experience in (production) operations.
- •Proven leadership skills (managing a team/shift).
- •Strong communication skills.
- •Attention to detail and organizational talent.
- •Flexibility with working hours.
- •Proficient in English (verbally and written).
- •Verbal proficiency in Polish.
