Senior Manager, IT Operations

• •Ironclad seeks a Senior Manager to lead IT Operations, scaling internal technology services and ensuring secure, reliable employee systems.
• •Key Responsibilities Lead and grow an IT engineering team and contractors, set priorities, and improve service quality.
• •Own end-user support across devices, collaboration tools, and executive support.
• •Manage identity and access operations including provisioning, SSO/MFA, RBAC, and access reviews.
• •Administer Google Workspace and core platforms (Slack, Zoom, Glean) and build reporting/workflows.
• •Partner with Security, People, Finance, and Workplace to deliver rollouts and governance.
• •Requirements 7+ years in IT operations or enterprise IT, with 3+ years leading technical teams.
• •Hands-on Google Workspace and Okta/IdP experience; familiarity with Jamf and MDM.
• •Experience with ITSM tools, metrics, documentation, and SOC 2-aligned controls.
• •Strong stakeholder communication, analytical skills, and leadership with a user-focused approach.
