• •You will own key learning programs and projects, contributing to practical learning experiences that support people and the business.
• •Key Responsibilities Manage and deliver learning programmes across multiple employee levels.
• •Drive global L&D projects by collaborating across departments and regions.
• •Design and develop blended learning solutions using AI-powered authoring tools.
• •Embed AI into everyday L&D practice and share best practices.
• •Own programme delivery, optimisation, and effectiveness through data analysis.
• •Requirements 2-5+ years of hands-on experience in corporate L&D or people development.
• •Proven experience designing and supporting digital and blended learning solutions.
• •Strong digital mindset with experience using LMS platforms (e.g., Docebo).
