• •Support the definition and enhancement of BCM strategy, policies, and procedures.
• •Manage complex business impact analyses and risk assessments.
• •Create training and awareness plans to build a strong resilience culture.
• •Plan, manage, and conduct regular continuity testing.
• •Requirements Bachelor's or Master's degree in relevant areas. 6+ years of professional experience in banking/financial services or consulting.
• •Good knowledge of legal and regulatory requirements.
• •Strong analytical and conceptual skills.
