Manufacturing Engineer

Lead the transition of new products from engineering into production.

• •Lead transition of new products from engineering into production by developing robust manufacturing processes, work instructions, and integrating product data into the MRP system.
• •Key Responsibilities Lead new product introduction, pilot builds, and production ramp-up Create technician-friendly work instructions with safety and quality checkpoints Build and maintain BOMs, routings, and work orders in MRP Manage configuration across revisions and communicate changes Develop and optimize production processes and identify tooling needs Requirements Experience with new product introduction and pilot builds Ability to create production-ready documentation and work instructions Familiarity with BOMs, routings, and MRP system integration Skills in process development, optimization, and cross-functional collaboration
