Drive profitable topline growth through data-driven strategies.
- •At air up, you will play a pivotal role at the intersection of our Omnichannel Set-Up, working closely with the offline retail team, the Direct-2-Consumer and Amazon Team.
- •Your mission is to systematically identify tactical and strategic Growth levers and work hand-in-hand with the respective stakeholders to ensure execution and directly drive a profitable topline.
- •Key Responsibilities Establish a systematic, data-driven approach to evaluate promotional performance across all channels.
- •Partner with Key Account Managers (KAMs) and the Head of Retail to define winning assortments per channel.
- •Act as the commercial PMO to continuously review and evolve our Pack-Price Architecture (PPA).
- •Build and embed a robust Gross-to-Net (GTN) framework.
- •Requirements Experience in a role focused on revenue growth, sales operations, or commercial strategy.
- •Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach.
- •Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- •Experience in optimizing trade investments and GTN.
