  • As a Mixed Methods Researcher at Spotify, you will bridge qualitative insights and quantitative validation to understand creator and listener behaviors.
  • You'll join a multidisciplinary team within the Music Mission to inform product and design decisions through user-centered evidence.
  • Key Responsibilities Design and implement end-to-end mixed-methods studies from discovery to validation.
  • Triangulate behavioral data with survey results to identify patterns and motivations.
  • Consult with product and design partners on research methodologies.
  • Communicate insights through dashboards and narratives to influence product roadmaps.
  • Requirements 5+ years of user research experience in product or agency environments.
  • Proficiency in qualitative methods like interviews and usability testing.
  • Expertise in survey design and applied statistics (ANOVA, regressions).
  • Degree in Behavioral Science, Psychology, HCI, or a related field.
