Senior Product Manager (AI Care Management)

Lead product vision and roadmap for AI agent platform in healthcare.

• •Senior PM to lead product vision and roadmap for Pair Team's AI agent platform that supports frontline care managers, reducing administrative burden and improving care coordination.
• •Key Responsibilities Define and drive Pod-Agents roadmap from discovery through GA and iteration.
• •Collaborate with CMO and clinical operations to identify AI opportunities and human-in-loop boundaries.
• •Define evaluation frameworks, success metrics, and feedback loops for AI features.
• •Write decision-oriented specs and align cross-functional stakeholders.
• •Requirements Experience in product management for AI-enabled or regulated healthcare products.
• •Ability to translate clinical workflows into product specs and evaluation metrics.
