Define and lead B2B marketing strategy for Stepful.
- •Stepful is seeking a Head of Marketing (B2B) to define and lead the company's B2B marketing strategy.
- •This role will focus on scaling Stepful's employer-facing solutions and driving demand generation programs.
- •Key Responsibilities Define and own the B2B marketing strategy, roadmap, and success metrics.
- •Develop and own B2B positioning, messaging frameworks, and value propositions.
- •Lead B2B demand generation strategy, including account-based marketing and content campaigns.
- •Partner with Sales, Product, and other teams to align priorities and drive business strategy.
- •Requirements 10+ years of experience in B2B marketing, with a proven track record in product marketing and demand generation.
- •Experience marketing to large healthcare employers is required.
- •Demonstrated ability to set strategy and own execution, making decisions and tradeoffs.
- •Excellent storytelling instincts and ability to craft strong narratives and positioning.
