Renovations Project Manager

Manage renovation projects end-to-end, coordinating teams and partners for timely, quality delivery.

• •As Renovations Project Manager at Flock Homes, you will be responsible for proposing and executing turns and value-add renovations on behalf of our Flagship Fund.
• •You will own projects end-to-end, coordinate across internal teams and external partners, manage timelines and dependencies, and ensure work is delivered on time, within scope and budget, and to a high standard of quality.
• •Key Responsibilities Lead renovation and turn projects from initiation through completion, defining scope, success metrics, timelines, and deliverables.
• •Serve as the central point of contact across internal teams and external partners, facilitating alignment and driving issue resolution.
• •Source external vendors and trade partners, build strong relationships, monitor performance, and approve invoices.
• •Deliver clear, timely, and professional communication to internal and external stakeholders.
• •Track project metrics and outcomes, providing regular reporting to leadership and identifying opportunities for process improvement.
• •Requirements 5+ years in project management or operations, with ownership of complex, cross-functional initiatives in a fast-paced or high-growth environment.
• •Real estate, renovations, or property management exposure strongly preferred.
• •Excellent written and verbal communicator, highly tech-fluent, and proficient with AppFolio, Salesforce, and Google Workspace.
