Product Manager

Support the development and execution of Aquabyte's user-facing web application.

• •The Product Manager will support the development and execution of Aquabyte's user-facing web application.
• •Key Responsibilities Product Development: Support execution of the product roadmap.
• •Translate customer and business needs into clear requirements, prioritize features, and partner with engineering and data science to deliver high-quality solutions Project Management & Coordination: Drive day-to-day coordination with internal teams.
• •Track milestones, manage dependencies and risks, and ensure initiatives are delivered on time Customer & Market Insight: Gather customer feedback, validate new features, and monitor industry trends to inform product improvements Customer Advocacy: Act as the voice of the customer, ensuring their needs and pain points are central to the product development process Go-to-Market Support: Collaborate with sales and marketing on launches, enablement materials, and smooth rollout of new feeding features Requirements Experience in product management, project management, aquaculture or a related role in a SaaS, IoT, or technology-driven environment Strong project management skills with ability to drive cross-functional initiatives from planning through execution Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to execute methodically Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to influence and inspire cross-functional teams Passion for sustainability and interest in aquaculture or environmental technology is a plus Experience working with data-driven technologies such as machine learning, computer vision, or analytics is a plus, but not required
