- •Case Managers ensure cases move forward quickly and comprehensively.
- •You'll focus on the operational heart of pre-litigation—opening claims, managing medical record requests, securing police reports, and resolving lien issues—so attorneys can work with complete, timely information.
- •Key Responsibilities Open insurance claims and manage communication with carriers Request, track, and follow up on medical records and police reports Monitor lien and subrogation issues, ensuring timely resolution Partner with lead paralegals to prepare cases for demand drafting Identify and fix operational bottlenecks.
- •Requirements Have 2+ years in legal operations, case management, or claims handling Are process-driven and detail-oriented Communicate effectively with both clients and attorneys Thrive in fast-paced, high-volume environments Are bilingual in Spanish/English (preferred, not required) Have experience handling personal injury cases in Illinois or Ohio
