  • As a Revenue Enablement Program Manager at Contentful, you will drive field readiness through enablement initiatives, boosting knowledge and skills across GTM teams.
  • Key Responsibilities Design and deliver structured enablement programs tailored to Sales, Solution Engineering, Customer Experience, and Partner Manager roles.
  • Partner with Sales and Field leadership to strengthen core Sales capabilities and drive revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Finance, People, and Operations to support company-wide enablement goals.
  • Requirements 3-5 years of experience in Enablement, Program Management, Sales, or Customer Experience roles.
  • Understanding of key Sales roles, GTM processes, and measurement.
  • Training delivery experience or an aptitude to deliver in-person/virtual training to Field teams.
