Leads and develops a team of clinical educators for patient therapy support.

• •The Director, Clinical Educator Team manages, leads, and develops a team of field-based Clinical Educators who guide patients and caregivers through therapy initiation and long-term continuation.
• •This leader is responsible for building a high-performing, patient-centered team that operates with empathy, urgency, compliance discipline, and ownership.
• •Key Responsibilities Manage, lead, and develop a team of field-based Clinical Educators.
• •Ensure patients experience seamless onboarding, clear education, and proactive barrier removal.
• •Partner cross-functionally with Patient Services, Market Access, Medical, Commercial, and Specialty Pharmacy.
• •Requirements Experience managing and developing a team.
• •Strong understanding of patient support and education in a clinical setting.
• •Excellent communication and leadership skills.
