- •About the Role We're looking for a Solutions Product Lead who can bridge the gap between enterprise customers and product development.
- •You'll leverage your deep customer-facing experience to identify product opportunities, rapidly prototype AI solutions, and drive them from concept through production deployment.
- •This role combines the customer intimacy of solutions engineering with the ownership and execution of product management.
- •You'll work directly with tier 1 enterprise clients to understand their business needs, translate those into technical solutions, and build the products that solve their problems.
- •You're equally comfortable presenting to C-suite executives, prototyping with AI tools, and working alongside engineering teams to ship production features.
- •What You'll Do Lead product development from initial customer discovery through validated prototypes Rapidly prototype product concepts using AI development tools (Lovable, Claude Code, Cursor, v0) Build functional MVPs independently to validate hypotheses with real users before full engineering investment Spend significant time speaking with customers to understand their workflows, pain points, and business context Design and implement LLM-based product features leveraging agentic AI patterns, function calling, and tool use Develop evaluation frameworks to measure AI feature performance, reliability, and user satisfaction Who You Are 5+ years in customer-facing technical roles such as solutions engineering, solutions consulting, technical pre-sales, or enterprise solutions architecture Proven track record engaging tier 1 enterprise clients and closing complex technical deals Strong coding ability with experience building prototypes or technical demos Deep understanding of LLM-based systems, including agentic AI architectures, function calling, RAG patterns, and evaluation methodologies Proficiency with AI-assisted development tools and ability to rapidly build functional prototypes Experience with conversational AI, agentic AI systems, or AI/ML product implementations Strong grasp of software architecture, APIs, data pipelines, and modern development practices Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate between business needs and technical delivery Experience co-developing features with enterprise users in their operational context Actively uses AI tools for productivity, understands when to apply AI effectively (and when not to), and has hands-on experience with prompt engineering, model evaluation, and iterating on AI-powered features Demonstrated ability to build credibility with senior stakeholders and navigate complex enterprise organizations Track record of establishing new product use cases or taking new products to market Strong sense of ownership and bias toward action—you don't wait for permission Ability to move quickly from concept to shipped product with minimal dependencies Thrives in startup environments with high autonomy and rapid iteration cycles Nice to Have Eye for UX with ability to design intuitive interfaces or effectively direct designers Experience building and leading solutions or pre-sales teams Background as first hire or early team member in a region or function Domain expertise in B2B SaaS, enterprise software, CX, strategy execution, or AI software Experience as speaker or thought leader at industry events Prior startup experience at early-stage companies (Seed to Series B) Founder or founding team member Experience with specific tech stacks (Python, TypeScript, React) or AI frameworks Why This Role This role is designed for experienced solutions professionals who want to transition from selling and implementing products to actually building them.
