Sr. Director of Trade and Distribution

Lead and operationalize trade, distribution, and partner readiness for pharmaceutical product launches.

• •The Senior Director, Trade & Distribution will lead Praxis’s end-to-end trade and distribution strategy to enable commercialization across rare disease and broader neurology launches.
• •This hands-on leader translates strategy into execution, ensuring partners, data, and compliance support patient access and financial goals.
• •Key Responsibilities Execute trade and distribution strategies across channel models.
• •Lead implementation and oversight of 3PL partners and SLAs.
• •Support selection and operational management of specialty pharmacy partners.
• •Drive data aggregation across 3PLs and pharmacy partners.
• •Ensure serialization, DSCSA compliance, and audit readiness.
• •Requirements Proven experience leading trade, distribution, or supply-chain operations for pharmaceutical products.
• •Experience managing 3PLs, specialty pharmacies, and partner ecosystems.
• •Knowledge of serialization and DSCSA/regulatory compliance.
