Engineering Manager (Enterprise)

Lead the Enterprise team, enabling large organizations to integrate Relevance AI into their systems, requiring hands-on technical leadership.

• •We’re looking for an Engineering Manager to lead our Enterprise team, the group responsible for enabling some of the world’s largest organisations to seamlessly integrate Relevance AI into their existing systems.
• •This role is open to a hands-on technical leader who thrives in complex enterprise environments.
• •Key Responsibilities Lead and mentor a team focused on enterprise customer requirements.
• •Be hands-on in technical execution: reviewing code, contributing to backend development, and making architectural decisions.
• •Drive delivery of backend-heavy, security-focused projects.
• •Requirements Proven experience leading enterprise SaaS projects.
• •Strong technical background in APIs, integrations, and cloud infrastructure (AWS Node.js/Python; REST/GraphQL). 3+ years of people management experience.
