Drive territory commercial performance and customer engagement to support product launch and patient access.
- •Remote-based field role executing territory business plans to drive commercial performance, engage healthcare providers, and support product launches and patient access for CNS/rare disease therapies.
- •Key Responsibilities Execute territory business plans to meet/exceed sales goals.
- •Build and maintain relationships with healthcare providers and stakeholders.
- •Drive product adoption and support access through patient pathway navigation.
- •Partner with Market Access, Patient Services, Medical teams for launch and optimization.
- •Requirements 5+ years direct sales experience in rare disease, CNS, or specialty pharmaceuticals.
- •Understanding of complex patient pathways and specialist prescriber dynamics.
- •Experience with product launch activities and formulary/access strategies.
- •Experience selling into hospital systems/IDNs and knowledge of specialty pharmacy/hub models.
