  • Remote-based field role executing territory business plans to drive commercial performance, engage healthcare providers, and support product launches and patient access for CNS/rare disease therapies.
  • Key Responsibilities Execute territory business plans to meet/exceed sales goals.
  • Build and maintain relationships with healthcare providers and stakeholders.
  • Drive product adoption and support access through patient pathway navigation.
  • Partner with Market Access, Patient Services, Medical teams for launch and optimization.
  • Requirements 5+ years direct sales experience in rare disease, CNS, or specialty pharmaceuticals.
  • Understanding of complex patient pathways and specialist prescriber dynamics.
  • Experience with product launch activities and formulary/access strategies.
  • Experience selling into hospital systems/IDNs and knowledge of specialty pharmacy/hub models.
