- •Encord is seeking a Senior Growth Manager to lead the strategy for how enterprise technical buyers discover, evaluate, and select their AI data platform.
- •This role involves owning account-based and customer marketing initiatives to build pipeline and deepen customer engagement.
- •Key Responsibilities Lead and develop a team of three, setting priorities and ensuring high output across growth programs.
- •Own ABM strategy for target enterprise accounts, coordinating content, campaigns, and outreach.
- •Utilize AI agents and intent tools to monitor account signals and identify optimal sales engagement moments.
- •Build and manage conference and field event strategies to convert in-person presence into pipeline.
- •Develop co-marketing and customer marketing programs to drive adoption, expansion, and advocacy.
- •Requirements Proven experience in B2B growth, strategy, or a commercially rigorous field with a track record of owning outcomes.
- •Experience managing or leading small teams and driving program execution.
- •Experience building and executing ABM, field event, or co-marketing programs in a B2B environment.
