- •JumpCloud is seeking a bilingual Account Manager to manage and grow a dedicated portfolio of customers within our French-speaking markets.
- •In this role, you will act as the commercial guardian for your accounts, bridging the gap between our global technical capabilities and local customer needs.
- •Key Responsibilities Securing renewals and driving expansion revenue.
- •Building strong relationships with IT and Security leaders.
- •Maintaining accurate forecasts for your territory.
- •Managing pipeline health.
- •Requirements Native or bilingual fluency in French and English is mandatory.
- •Prior experience in a sales or account management role conducting business in French.
- •A strong history of negotiating contracts, handling renewals, and exceeding revenue targets in the SaaS/Tech sector.
