  • JumpCloud is seeking a bilingual Account Manager to manage and grow a dedicated portfolio of customers within our French-speaking markets.
  • In this role, you will act as the commercial guardian for your accounts, bridging the gap between our global technical capabilities and local customer needs.
  • Key Responsibilities Securing renewals and driving expansion revenue.
  • Building strong relationships with IT and Security leaders.
  • Maintaining accurate forecasts for your territory.

  • Requirements Native or bilingual fluency in French and English is mandatory.
