- •The GTM Readiness Lead will build foundational processes and programs to enable the Go To Market team to help customers understand and deploy AI products.
- •This role focuses on accelerating onboarding, supporting customer-facing roles, and elevating the knowledge of technical team members.
- •Key Responsibilities Define regional sales enablement strategy by identifying obstacles and gaps.
- •Partner with Product, Marketing, and other teams to build internal and external collateral.
- •Build, manage, and automate information and collateral for GTM team members.
- •Manage the regional Sales and Technical Success training calendar and run trainings.
- •Requirements Experience building programs for rapidly scaling GTM teams.
- •Exceptional project management skills for complex, cross-functional initiatives.
- •Outstanding communication skills and executive presence.
- •Combination of technical depth and strategic thinking.
