About the role
Enable institutional clients to integrate and adopt Anchorage's platform through technical solutions and enablement.
- •Partner with institutional clients to design, onboard, and enable integrations with Anchorage Digital's platform, translating complex technical needs into practical solutions.
- •Key Responsibilities Guide clients through onboarding and tailored solution design across Anchorage products.
- •Develop, test, and provide feedback on APIs and client workflows (REST, Webhooks, WebSockets, FIX).
- •Collaborate with product, engineering, and go-to-market teams to align solutions and inform roadmap.
- •Break down projects, estimate scope, and recommend technical and operational trade-offs.
- •Requirements 1-3 years in client-facing roles (consulting, product, TAM, client success).
- •Strong communication and interpersonal skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
- •Desire to develop technical expertise around APIs and system integrations.
- •Experience managing multiple client engagements and prioritizing work.
