  • Sardine is seeking an experienced Support Engineer to lead the technical and functional customer support experience for its fraud prevention and AML platform.
  • You will troubleshoot complex issues across APIs and SDKs while collaborating with engineering and customer success teams.
  • Key Responsibilities Act as the primary technical contact for customers via email, chat, and phone.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues involving APIs and web-stack technologies.
  • Create technical documentation and tools to improve customer self-sufficiency.
  • Escalate bugs to development teams and advocate for product improvements.
  • Requirements 5+ years of experience in technical support, solutions, or software engineering.

  • Deep understanding of web technologies and cloud infrastructure.
  • Experience with B2B SaaS, fintech, or compliance environments.
