Global Community Program Manager - Pokémon GO

• •We're looking for a Community Program Manager to help support and grow community-focused programs by championing our community efforts.
• •In this role, you'll help develop processes and find operational efficiencies which enable smooth day-to-day operations of our community programming.
• •Key Responsibilities Drive and manage the full lifecycle of the Community Ambassador Program application and onboarding processes.
• •Manage the day-to-day operations of the Community Ambassador Program.
• •Take ownership of the daily operations and strategic alignment of all community programs.
• •Requirements At least 3+ years of progressive experience in community management, program management, or event planning.
• •Demonstrated ability to quickly master and implement new tools, technologies, and processes.
• •Fluent in both English and Spanish, written and verbal.
