About the role
Lead and operate social commerce storefronts and growth for a portfolio of brands on TikTok Shop.
- •The Social Commerce Manager will build and run Pattern's social commerce capability, focusing on TikTok Shop and managing a portfolio of 3-4 brands to drive revenue and operational excellence.
- •Key Responsibilities Launch and manage brand storefronts on TikTok Shop and other social channels.
- •Run day-to-day shop operations including product setup and merchandising.
- •Build scalable workflows for affiliates, creators, sampling, and campaigns.
- •Partner cross-functionally with sales, marketing, legal, finance, and operations.
- •Monitor platform and creator trends to inform strategy and growth.
- •Requirements Hands-on experience with social commerce, TikTok Shop, influencer marketing, and creator partnerships.
- •Proven ability to launch and manage brands on social commerce platforms.
- •Commercial mindset with experience driving revenue and building business cases.
- •Strong project management, organizational, and communication skills.
