- •Essential Duties and Responsibilities Manage social media content calendars, including copywriting and scheduling across platforms.
- •Oversee community management and provide best practice recommendations.
- •Post content outside working hours as needed.
- •Track organic social performance against KPIs and report concerns.
- •Manage weekly and monthly reporting for key clients.
- •Paid Social Media (30%): Set up and optimize social media campaigns on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and Pinterest.
- •Support client communications regarding campaign setups and changes.
- •Track ad performance, KPIs, and budgets, reporting concerns proactively.
