About the role
Manage and optimize TikTok-first paid social campaigns to drive ecommerce performance.
- •Manage and optimize paid social campaigns—primarily TikTok DTC and TikTok Shop—with supporting work on Meta to drive ROAS, CPA, GMV, and engagement.
- •Key Responsibilities Set up, launch, and optimize TikTok and Meta paid campaigns and manage budgets/pacing.
- •Develop and brief TikTok-native creatives and adapt for Meta.
- •Monitor performance metrics (CPM, CPC, CPA, ROAS) and produce reports with recommendations.
- •Conduct A/B tests on creatives, audiences, offers, and campaign structures.
- •Troubleshoot tracking, set up conversion events, and maintain pixel/CAPI health.
- •Requirements 1-2 years managing TikTok Ads campaigns with hands-on TikTok Ads Manager experience.
- •Familiarity with TikTok Shop ad formats and Meta Ads Manager.
- •Experience with audience targeting, bidding strategies, and campaign optimization.
- •Creative intuition for short-form video and TikTok-native content.
