Director, Field Reimbursement

Lead the strategy, performance, and development of the Field Reimbursement team to ensure patient access to therapy.

• •The Director of Field Reimbursement will lead the strategy, performance, and development of the team to ensure patients can start and stay on therapy without unnecessary delay.
• •This position sits at the intersection of Market Access, Patient Services, and Commercial.
• •Key Responsibilities Lead and develop a team of Field Reimbursement Managers (FRMs), setting clear performance expectations.
• •Define and execute the national field reimbursement strategy, ensuring consistent, high-quality support across territories.
• •Drive accountability through clear metrics (time to therapy initiation, PA approval rates, etc.).
• •Partner cross-functionally with Market Access, Patient Services, Commercial, Compliance, and Specialty Pharmacy partners.
• •Analyze field trends across payers, regions, and provider types; escalate patterns and recommend strategic interventions.
• •Requirements Lead and develop a team of Field Reimbursement Managers (FRMs).
• •Define and execute the national field reimbursement strategy.
• •Drive accountability through clear metrics.
